How Does Shipping Work?

 

Our aim is to provide you with the finest shipping options, regardless of your location. Every product needs some time for construction and handling before we can ship it out. Most orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. However, during peak seasons, delivery might take up to 12 business days.

 

When you place an order for multiple products, they might come from different designers. In such cases, it’s possible that you’ll receive your products in separate packages and at different times.

Standard Insured Shipping

 

Standard shipping is complimentary for orders exceeding $30. For orders under $30, we charge a shipping fee ranging from $5.99 to $24.99.

 

International Shipping

 

We have received and fulfilled more than 30,000 orders from over 50 countries across all continents. Outside the United States, we collaborate with numerous shipping companies like E-packet, FedEx, DHL, and others.

 

The Tracking Number for My Order Stopped Updating. What Happened?

 

If you’re purchasing from outside the U.S. (especially in Canada), your country’s customs department may temporarily hold your items at the border, often without any explanation! Note: Canada’s customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order gets stuck in customs, we recommend calling your country’s customs department directly and requesting that they release your items immediately.

 

Note: If for some reason your order is never released by customs, we’ll send you a replacement!
